Play "Fast"

At the end of school, I received a message from the Tartu Jakobi Mäe Theatre Studio, which was looking for a scenographer for the graduation performance of its older middle school group. After a brief moment of hesitation and some background research, my team members and I were the only ones who volunteered. We were immediately asked why there were three of us. The answer is simple:
During school, we formed a strong team, and after discussing the offer, we realized that for a freshly graduated decorator, the workload would be too much (especially considering that this was an unpaid job and our first concrete project outside of school).

So, we gathered our group and started piecing things together. Looking back, it was quite a chaotic process, but perhaps that’s why I learned the most from it. I deeply value the experience I gained.
Especially because I was trusted with a role in the process, I had the chance to challenge my social and communication skills, and I now know how to communicate better with clients and ask the right questions.
